Building HLC City School's online presence from scratch

The business
HLC City School is a small daycare in Weehawken, NJ. Before Valtro, the school had no website, a partial Google Business Profile, and zero social media presence. New families found them almost entirely through word of mouth. The owner wanted to grow enrollment but had no way to reach parents who were actively searching online.
The starting point
Before Valtro, here is exactly where HLC City School's online presence stood:
- No website (families had nowhere to go when they searched online)
- Google Business Profile existed but was incomplete (no photos, no services listed, hours not verified)
- Zero social media accounts on any platform
- No review collection process (no way to show social proof to new families)
- Enrollment inquiries came almost entirely from existing family referrals
